Junior Online Ad Trafficker

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all FeedRoom clients are receiving first-rate customer care in all aspects of the client’s online advertising needs. Candidate will work with other departments such as Client Services, Media Services, Project Management, and Technical Operations to ensure that client’s advertising requests are fulfilled. Candidate will implement campaigns in a timely manner, generate traffic and impression reports, manage ad campaigns and address any advertising issues.

 

Candidate must be highly detail-oriented and organized, hardworking and eager to learn in a very fast-paced environment. Experience with other ad serving software and website content management systems is recommended; and an interest in the fast evolving online video space is a must. Candidate must understand the sense of urgency and attention inherent in working in advertising. Candidate must have the ability to meet the needs of demanding, high-profile clients and be able to manage relationships in a professional and assuring manner.

 

General responsibilities include:
• Making sure campaign is trafficked and tested in a timely manner

• Ensuring all prerolls and banner units adhere to technical specifications

• Implementing, scheduling and maintaining campaigns using Open Ad Stream (OAS) and the website content management system

• Processing 3rd party Rich Media creatives

• Troubleshooting all ad problems, including problems with creatives, ad serving and reporting

• Generating ad reports for clients and internal staff

• Providing any ad-related support, including taking screenshots, updating spreadsheets, sending back tapes to clients, etc.
