Our CustomerCare Centeris located in Scottsdale, AZ, and we also have business units in Milwaukee, WI (The Enterprise), Marlborough, MA (Moving.com), Richmond, BC (Top Producer), and Plainview, NY (Welcome Wagon), and offices in various other locations throughout North America. This position requires extensive knowledge of Ad Serving and technical Rich Media, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, demonstrates a customer service attitude and has the ability to work without continual supervision. Duties and Responsibilities: · Schedule and launch interactive advertising campaigns in timely and accurate manner, using Doubleclicks’s DART for Publishers ad server (DFP).· Review all incoming creative for compliance with technical specifications and content restrictions.· Work directly with customers/designers to collect creative assets, troubleshoot technical issues and correctly implement rich media creative.· Modify Flash files, HTML and 3rd party tags to ensure ad server compatibility; test/QA creative as necessary.· Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure customer satisfaction; provide suggestions for optimization.· Proactively investigate issues( delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.) with clients, agencies, third-party platforms and /or internal parties; provide resolutions to these issues.· Coordinate fulfillment of non-ad-server products with appropriate internal party (i.e. Product Manager, Email manager, etc.).· Create and provide detailed and accurate campaign delivery reports to Billing each month, for client invoicing; pull both internal and 3rd party reporting.· Work closely with assigned Account Manager: communicate any/all changes to campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, de-activations, delivery issues, billing issues, optimization suggestions, etc.· Serve as Move.com technical contact for customers (external) and Account Managers/Sales (internal).· Process creative changes and Charge orders in DFP.· Address day-to-day questions from Sales, Account Managers and other internal parties. Skills and Qualifications: · Attention to detail, through, accountability, excellent follow-through.· Ability to work with little to no supervision.· Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.· Must demonstrate customer service attitude with both internal and external contacts: flexible, patient, courteous, professional.· Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management.· Pro-active, quick learner.· Ability to adapt to and operate effectively in fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.· Superior written verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.· At least 1-2 years Advertising Operations experience; related experience at an internet company a plus.· Strong technical skills: HTML, Flash and a thorough understanding of the Internet is preferred.· Familiarity with third party Ad Serving Solutions (ie. OAS, DFP/DART, Atlas).· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
