Online Sales Support - NYC

We’re currently seeking an Inside Sales Professional to join the UGO team in our New York office. The person in this position will support UGO’s East Coast Sales Team and sales effort and will report directly to the VP, East Coast Sales.
Core Responsibilities Include:
§ Account Executive Sales Support (including presentation creation, RFP submission & brainstorm process management)
§ Direct Client Support (including reporting, client communication, intra UGO team member communication & screenshots)
§ Account Executive Administrative Support (including travel, client gifts, etc.)
Those in Possession of the Following Are Preferred:
· 2-3 Years Sales Ops/Support and/or Sales Experience
· Online Media Experience (Agency or Publisher)
· Experience with Atlas DMT & Doubleclick Media Visor for RFP Submission and Salesforce.com
The Following Are Required:
· Advanced PowerPoint skills
· Advanced writing skills
· Sales and/or Sales Support Experience
