Outside Sales Representative – Up to $140K OTE

 

 

Our contextual online advertising client is seeking talented and energetic outside sales representatives to join their fast growing company.  The primary purpose of this position is to generate new business, grow sales and provide sales support to repeat accounts. Individuals in this sales position must demonstrate exceptional dedication to meet existing customer needs, maintain and grow business, demonstrated persistence and a drive to improve skills and achieve client goals are a must!

 

Responsibilities:

v  Develop benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions that exceed customers' requirements resulting in the development of new customers and retention of existing accounts.

v  Expand sales revenue as well as drive new market share by growing current accounts and hunting for new business.

v  Proactively develop new customer contacts, reviews leads, participates in customers' business communication planning and delivers our solutions' proposals as prescribed by sales management.

v  Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations.

v  Plan and consult within a team-based work environment to coordinates activity.

v  Promote products and represent company at off-site customer meetings.

v  Maintain records of all account activity within sales database.

v  Identify contacts in accounts and conduct strategic calls.

Qualifications:

 

v  Batchelor’s Degree

v  2 - 3 years Outside Sales experience

v  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

v  The desire to be number one

v  Very personable and outgoing
