Partner Development Specialist (PDS)

 

SwipeClock is currently interviewing candidates for a full-time Partner Development Specialist position (PDS).  For this opportunity we are seeking a self-driven candidate with superior communication skills, in addition to a firm understanding of business operation and growth principles to work directly with our nationwide network of service Partners.  This individual will draw upon a deep knowledge of our products, services, and business philosophy to educate and assist Partners in succeeding in their marketplace.

 

Responsibilities: Educate service Partners on product knowledge and market implementation Conduct outbound/inbound communication campaigns to educate and assist Partner channel Work with numerous Partners to establish long-term, service-based relationships Analyze Partner accounts and assist in product integration

 

Requirements: Communications degree with a Business minor (or similar degree) preferred but not required Some travel required for industry-related conference vendor sponsorships Significant time on the phone working with Partners - inbound/outbound communications Outgoing personality important; strong familiarity with software and computers a plus
