Product Manager-Saint Paul, MN- Req #082-08

 

SummaryResponsible for product planning, launches, re-designs, and ongoing project management of cross-functional teams for assigned products. Ensures outstanding customer satisfaction, meeting and exceeding expectations. Ensures outstanding project execution, leading teams through projects related to product design, re-design, and launch. Assists customers in establishing project strategy and requirements. Oversee user experience design, requirements and implementation. Manage customer communications, proactively, ensure expectations are properly set and monitored. Coordinate statement of work development and negotiation. Establishes all needed key relationships, internally and externally, ensuring productive collaboration and coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements RequiredFour year college degree, with 3-10+ years of experience in product management, including internet product management. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams to result in outstanding execution. Skilled in interacting with customers, leading teams. User experience background preferred. Aptitude/experience in achieving results, getting products launched or modified on time, within established parameters, meeting customer needs and delighting customers.
