Ticketmaster is headquartered in West Hollywood, California and is an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI).Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to support the development of our web-based point of sale products. In this role you will be responsible for strategizing, defining, roll-out and assisting with the ongoing operational support of Ticketmaster’s web-based point of sale tools used at our retail locations, call centers, and venue box offices to sell live events. This high-profile role will involve collaboration with groups across the company, both domestically and internationally, to develop innovative tools to help our clients across the globe market their events. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Gather and negotiate requirements both domestically and internationally to build “best of class” tools to market event sales via retail locations, call centers, and venue box offices. Author product requirements docs, UI mocks, and detailed specifications for our web-based point of sale tools.   Work closely with development teams to negotiate scope, support development and QA, and launch new versions on schedule.
