Product Performance Analyst
Product Performance Analyst The Product Performance Analyst is responsible for designing and analyzing Products and the operational business processes in a commercially sensible way. S/he holds, coordinates and provides all necessary knowledge and information regarding product related reporting and metrics with particular focus on the financial cost/benefit and return on investment (ROI) of local, regional, or global initiatives. The Product Performance Analyst establishes, analyzes, documents and reviews all metrics in regard to products and volumes within the operational department as well as the departmental overflow areas. Having evaluated the impact of cost containment initiatives the Analyst will provide the Management team of the department with information on volumes and KPIs, financial metrics, process cost calculations, and recommendations for improvements. If required, s/he defines process improvement projects. The Analyst is responsible for tracking savings and improvements and providing visibility to the management team. By doing so the Analyst helps to make sure that the operation runs most efficient and effective, and committed savings and improvements are tracked and reported. Essential Functions: * Knowledge champion on specific product lines with a global background * Support creation of reliable business cases * Coordination and close cooperation with the global employer product team * Close cooperation with Finance and Sales Ops to understand the financial impact of new initiatives on the budget and actual cost of the unit(s). * Drive further product improvements and requried reporting * Establishing of regular operational reports to support and consult the employer product team * Establishing of reports and analysis on request of the operations management * Support of process improvement initiatives through creation of benefit and impact analysis * Analyze and interpret reporting results and proactively communicate trends Qualifications: * College degree or equivalent work experience required * Experience with financial metrics and activity-based costing * Experience as analyst or reporting specialist desired * Experience in implementing or executing reporting on a cost per contact base in a contact center environment is desired * Strong developed skills in analytical, abstract and logical thinking, statistical knowledge (multivariate analysis) * Practical experience with business Intelligence Suites like Hyperion, Business Objects or SAS * Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills * Flexible in order to accommodate the needs of the business * English (written and verbal) language / communication skills are a must, further language skills desirable * Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines in a dynamic/changing environment * Self starter personality, highly developed ability to receive and give feedback as well as to set priorities in a complex team and work environment * Works well under pressure and takes charge of getting things done * Superior Excel modeling skills (e.g. pivot tables, macros etc.) and a working knowledge of PowerPoint * Proficiency in SQL coding, database query (e.g. MS Access), Visual Basic and other statistical analysis and data mining software are a strong plus * High sense of quality Monster Worldwide is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees.
