PROGRAM COORDINATOR, MAKING IT COUNT   We invite you to bring your exceptional talents to a great position for a Program Coordinator at one of the nation’s leading education and advisory organizations!  Making It Count (MIC), a property of Monster Worldwide, is the industry leader in “edutainment” delivering more than 11,000 free educational training to high school and college students and parents nationwide equipping students on how to succeed in college and best prepare themselves to maximize their opportunities upon graduation, and to help parents make smart, proactive decisions on behalf of their students. By achieving these goals, we will play a meaningful role in reversing the long-term negative trends in college graduation rates and graduate employment statistics. Since 1998, we have reached more than 10 million students!   As a member of the Sales team, the Program Coordinator will receive incentives based on team and individual national goals for sales and registration efforts within a semester! Essential Functions:   Create a prioritized work plan by analyzing school data necessary to register the number of students required in order to meet contractual sponsors’ commitments per season per program through achieving weekly individual and departmental targets Establish, develop and maintain company relationships with high school and college contacts (Guidance Counselors, College Counselors, Orientation Directors, Principals, etc.); provide marketing and statistical data to schools as needed in order to communicate the Making It Count mission of helping students achieve success during and post both high school and college graduation Coordinate the logistics of the presentation dates as necessary by working directly with internal resources and school personnel; negotiates dates with school contacts as necessary Identify and execute low cost strategies for school registration by “grouping” presentations in a manner that optimizes travel schedules and the location of presentations; work with school districts as necessary to drive district-wide initiatives for Making It Count programs Participate in strategic marketing/sales plans for Making It Count programs; provides input into shifting priorities as necessary through departmental and team meetings Assist other Program Coordinators in the area of contact strategy, priorities, sales techniques and tips on managing time as needed Contribute to cross-departmental special projects as needed in order to meet company objectives/corporate sponsorship commitments Participate in company focus groups and committees as necessary to insure overall quality assurance for; speaker training, school sign-up, operations, marketing, sales, morale, etc. Other duties as assigned Qualifications ·1- 2 years customer service/outbound telesales experience; BA/BS preferred ·Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills Strong ability to multi-task, follow-up, and organize priorities There is no relocation assistance offered for this position.  Candidates must be willing and able to report to 10296 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati on a daily basis.   Monster Worldwide is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees.
