Job Description:Supports the successful implementation of technology projects while working in conjunction with the overriding objectives of the HCTRA Information Technology (IT) group.Fundamental job duties involve managing internal projects for the group, and coordinating external IT projects through interaction with contract project managers, vendor project managers, external agencies and contractors.Duties are performed in accordance with departmental policy and guidelines but with considerable latitude for independent judgment.This position is also rooted in the ability to handle confidential materials with considerable personal tact and initiative.

Job Requirements:

 A two-year Information Technology degree or certification related to computer systems/project management.At least two years of professional experience in a complex information-systems environment, including, but not limited to, design management, integration and maintenance/repair of information-systems applications is also required.Must be able to effectively coordinate projects, and to motivate and direct the project team in its work effort.Knowledge of  IT systems to include architecture, systems integration, project scheduling and cost analysis relating to IT, and a strong understanding of software/ web application functionality, navigation, usability, site architecture and design aesthetic are also essential.
