Our client is one of the most trafficked websites on the Internet, and they need someone to support their current Proposal Manager of government sales. In this role you will expand your current knowledge of the proposal process to include all phases of developing the proposal and all the roles within the proposal team.Your work will range from preparing schedules and meeting with subject matter experts to formatting copy and overseeing printers. You will be given the opportunity to learn from the best and take on additional responsibilities as you are ready!That said, you must have base-line knowledge (three or more years) of Proposals and a resume that demonstrates your responsibilities in this area. Requirements: 3 or more years of proposal coordination, desktop publishing, proposal writing, proposal editing, or administrative support of people in proposal-related roles Preference will be give to candidates with experience in State and Local Government proposals (as opposed to Federal) Desire to learn, grow, pitch in, and be a part of a winning team US Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background investigation Expert skill level in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred but not requiredAdditional Information: This is a temporary position to fill a permanent opening.
