The Mobile QA Analyst/Engineer tests both client and server components of applications for mobile devices as a member of a development team.  He/she will perform analysis, scripting, documentation, and testing in the testing phase of the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in writing test plans, creating automated tests of web services, and testing applications on mobile devices.  Individual will have a general passion for technology and can pick up new ideas and skills easily.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Qualifications:



· Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA analyst creating automated tests

· High level of proficiency in basic computer skills with a passion for technology

· A commitment to continuing education to strengthen skills and broaden expertise

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities

· Ability to learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance

· Dedicated to achieving project schedules and milestones

· Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities while staying a team player

· Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Self starter able to work with minimal supervision

  Special Skills/Qualifications:



 

 · Fluency in scripting languages

· Strong experience testing XML and JSON services

· Delivered products using agile methodologies

Education:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
