As our Quality Assurance Manager based out of our corporate offices in San Francisco, CA, yow will be charged with building our QA function from the ground up. Your skills in managing, developing and growing a full service software quality assurance department will be vital as we'll look to you for everything from developing QA processes and procedures to evaluating the best growth path for the QA team (outsource, offshore, onsite). As a successful and growing start up, we thrive in a very dynamic environment and will rely on your creative and innovative ideas to be the driving force behind our QA organization. Although highly strategic, this role will also have many hands-on tactical responsibilities thus your ability to develop and execute test programs and work with test tools to drive the QA process within established (and sometimes very tight) timelines will be key. Your proven track record for improving client satisfaction, operational efficiencies, and cost-effectiveness will round out your skill set for success.
