Job Description:

The ideal SEO specialist will be responsible for accelerating natural search rankings and increase organic traffic to all HFM websites.  This candidate will take an active role with on-site enhancements and link building initiatives that are core to achieving our traffic growth goals.  This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
 

Key Responsibilities:
-Work cross functionally with Management, Content, Marketing, and Product Development.
-Conceptualize and execute link building campaigns.
-Direct implementation of SEO best practices with internal technical team.
-Launch, monitor, and track the performance of all SEO campaigns via Omniture.
-Provide detailed analysis from visitors’ arrival on site, web tools, and content that are most effective in driving traffic.
-Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in the search industry.


 

Job Requirement:
-More than 3 years of SEO experience.
-Experience in developing, implementing, and managing SEO operations.
-Ability to perform in-depth analysis using Omniture and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Strong analytical skills
