This role calls for an expert in Enterprise Architecture, SOA, and application integration, as well as an expert in software lifecycle, OO Analysis and Design. Any candidate possessing experience with Websphere process server would be a huge benefit (though we are willing to train for the right candidate).  This person must also have expertise in Java (J2SE, J2EE), preferably WebSphere and web tools. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate are essential. The ability to work in complex domain with rapidly changing requirements is required, as is the ability to operate with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has five to eight years of experience designing and building distributed object-oriented enterprise solutions with a proven track record of delivering high quality, high impact solutions on aggressive time schedules. Technical skills and knowledge is required in the following: Object Oriented design and programming, UML/data modeling. Example technologies include: Technical - Citrix, .NET, J2EE, Oracle, SQL Server, ERWin; Integration - Informatica, DTS, ODBC/JDBC; Information - Oracle, SQL Server, ODBC/JDBC; Web Services – WebSphere or WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, IIS.

Technology Assets:


* Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience
* Java,J2EE development experience - 2-3 years hands-on
* IBM WebSphere process server experience - 2-3 years hands-on (WebSphere Application Server Advanced Edition)
* Messaging and Integration experience
* XML
* Database design
* UML
* HTML
