Job Summary

This position requires an Information Management Analyst with a strong reporting and business intelligence focus.  The Information Management Analyst will use established practices in areas of analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and quality assurance. This position is responsible for working on current and future reporting needs, as well as the maintenance of the data warehouse and reporting systems.

 Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

• Perform data analysis in the areas of reporting, data warehouse, and business intelligence.

• Improve data accuracy and organization.

• Streamline data sources.

• Lead the technical evaluation and implementation of an Executive Dashboard for all business units.

• Perform performance analysis, tuning and measurement of the reporting systems.

• Experience with reporting tools

• Create design, functional and technical documentation on associated reports and projects.

• Estimate software development efforts on assigned projects

• Share third-level on-call support responsibilities.

• Work in a team environment to support goals and to improve reporting practices.

• Adhere to and uphold company values.

Job Requirements

Functional Skills

• Strong SQL, Star Schema, Data Modeling, and database skills.

• Experience in  MS SQL Server 2000 Analysis/Enterprise Services/Reporting Service(Visual studio)

• Experience in Oracle, RDBMS systems.

• Strong understanding of MOLAP, ROLAP, and HOLAP implementations.

• 4 years of professional experience with industry standard OLAP.

• 4 years of professional experience using a reporting package.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
