Salary up to 85k Summary:  Performs analysis, design and development of software products, utilizing object-oriented, Internet, Java and other technologies. Principal Duties: " Research and design new object oriented techniques and frameworks and incorporate best solutions into the software infrastructure. " Mentor other developers in best practices and appropriate use of design patterns. " Estimation of task duration as inputs to schedule planning. Job Specification: " Possess a minimum of five years of software development experience " Two years of strong object-oriented development experience " At least two years of Java/C++/C# experience  " Experience in understanding communication protocols, stream processing and map work preferred " Experience with front end and back end J2EE " Have strong self-motivation and an aptitude for quick learning " Good communications skills in addition to being a team player " Requires minimal oversight Our opportunities are numerous...
