Sales Account Executive

LowerMyBills.com, an online brand of Experian Interactive Media, currently seeks a motivated Sales Account Executive. The Account Executive is responsible for all new customer acquisition. This includes both outbound and inbound calling activities that relate to adding new clients onto LowerMyBills network. All prospective clients must first be approved by finance for appropriate credit terms. At which point, the account executive can custom engineer the appropriate campaign that fits the prospective clients needs and budget. Lead Krusher and Lead Sherpa are used for volume projections and pricing strategies. All new inquiries are logged in Seibel with appropriate notes and follow up tasks. The Account Executives pipeline is managed through opportunities ranging from 10% to 100% closed won at which point the client will be properly on-boarded with the Account Manager.Responsibilites:• Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through cold calling of target lists and follow up on inbound inquiries •  Develop and adhere to a Sales Plan around the acquisition of new regional mortgage clients including: •  Frequent Prospecting for New Business •  Precision Targeting at a Territory and Product Level •  Prospect Profiling Strategy •  Engineer appropriate campaigns for prospective clients •  Pipeline Prioritization •  Partner with Account Manager to: •  Facilitate a Positive On-boarding Experience for New Clients •  Optimize plans for greater results •  Identify and Capitalize Upon Growth Opportunities within Book of Business •  Aid in Client Conflict Resolution •  Prepare interactive proposals, reports and ROI calculations •  Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills •  Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets for mortgage leads and mortgage lead generation •  Attend and participate in sales meetings, training seminars and workshops •  Maintain daily sales and productivity goals, as provided by management •  Prepare routine periodic sales and activity reports as required •  Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Skills:* Strong interpersonal communication skills • Business Development / Outbound prospecting ability • Adaptablity to changing market conditions • Multi-tasking ability to flip between pricing tools and lead management systems • Organized and task orientedRequirements:•  Bachelor’s Degree •  3-5 years of relevant account sales experience •  Proven sales success into large accounts •  Strategic growth sales with key accounts •  Cold Calling / Prospecting •  Consumer Finance / Lending / Mortgage Experience Preferred •  Internet Mortgage Lead Sales Vertical Experience Preferred
