Sales - General

Purpose of Position: fitRewards and Incentive Selections is looking for a Selling Partner to join the company in driving sales and revenues.  The purpose of the position is to activate clients into fitRewards or Incentive Selections and to work closely with those clients and the internal team to coordinating a successful program. 


Marketing Responsibilities:
Prospect via email marketing, and phone calls, respond to web leads and incoming calls in order to achieve 3-4 appointments daily for presentations.
Assist with activating accounts and awarding points to leads
Document all prospect interaction into and maintain the contact database. 


Selling Responsibilities:
Conduct a minimum of 2 presentation per day or 40 per month.
Coordinate and send clients proposals and agreements for the purpose of enrolling new clients.
Document all prospect interaction into and maintain the contact database. 


Service Responsibilities:
Work with internal service team to ensure clubs are launched and serviced. 
Schedule and maintain monthly communication with Club Owner or General Manager and conduct a benchmark review. 
Document all client interaction into and maintain the contact database. 
Attempt to prevent r client cancellation.
