SUMMARY

Get an exciting eCommerce job and great internet experience in Buy.com's Sales & Merchandising department, specializing in various entertainment and leisure categories such as video games, jewelry, sporting goods, apparel and books. This position is responsible for working with various third party sellers, suppliers and vendors as well as internal IT and business contacts to increase conversion, revenue, gross profit, average order size and third party seller retention while maintaining a flawless and exciting shopping experience for our customers. Must be very career-driven, hungry to grow our business, eager to learn, upbeat and flexible. Must thrive on problem solving and creating order out of chaos in a fast-paced, dynamic dot com environment. Must be customer service-oriented and represent Buy.com well to external partners.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Others may be assigned.

• Third party seller relationship management

• Site Merchandising including featured product selection and minor copy writing

• Promotional planning and execution

• New product set up

• Sales reporting and forecasting

• Operational and IT problem solving
