Sales Operations Manager

Job Description:

§ Process documentation and implementation

§ Scheduling and allocation of resources

§ Training program oversight and implementation

§ Call center technology management and planning

§ Budget, forecasting and reporting oversight

§ Work with Marketing Communication on sales lead acquisition and distribution.

§ Directs the Facilities Support Manager on internal support issues.

§ Other duties as deemed necessary

 

Position Requirements:

§ Proficiency in MS Office suite including expertise with MS Excel pivot tables

§ One to three years relevant experience required

§ Candidates must be highly organized, operate with minimal supervision and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Required Education:

Bachelors or equivalent

 

Additional Desirable Experience:

Call center operations experience desirable.

 

Reports To:

Chief Marketing Office

 

Promotion Structure:

The Manager of Sales Operations will have the opportunity to move into a variety of positions after serving in this role for a minimum of one year. Some of the options for advancement might include taking on the role of Regional Sales Manager or Director of Sales Operations. Additional opportunities within the Human Resources, Finance or Sales Support organizations may prove appropriate as well.
