Sales Specialist

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

· Manage sales & support inquiries for multiple clients in the financial and legal professions.

· Manage multiple corporate accounts.

· Understand and convey a mastery of our products to customers, assisting them in any questions they may have.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

· Ability to quickly learn detailed information about legal documents & services.

· Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail.

· Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, e-mail, ability to learn order management tools.

· Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

· Desire to help the company grow through participation in a variety of projects.

· Detail oriented team player with a passion for helping customers.

 

Preferred Qualifications:



 

· Previous experience in corporate phone sales and/or customer service.  

· Previous experience processing electronic orders from customers.

· Previous work in a legal environment as a paralegal, law school, etc.

· Experience processing complex documents such as loan applications.

· BA/BS Degree
