Mimeo.com is headquartered in New York with print production and distribution facilities in Memphis. It’s expected that current staff will increase in 2008 from 500 to nearly 600 employees to meet demand for our unique service, penetrate new markets and extend our range of offerings. POSITION:  Sales Support Specialist I

We are seeking a bright and highly proactive Sales Support Specialist.

The consultative Sales Support Specialist role combines key relationship management, third-tier customer support and product specialization.  A Sales Support Specialist acts in cooperation with Sales, Development and Product demonstrating a strong capability to conduct discovery, introduce the client to product options, subsequently build out the product and train customers on any facet of the Mimeo service.  You must have demonstrated ability in project management, attention to detail and strong customer relationship skills.  You must be adept at public speaking, have a flexible demeanor and the ability to ‘read the room’ for opportunities to soft and up sell Mimeo’s products and services.  A Sales Support Specialist will need to be equally comfortable conducting web-based and on-site presentations and be able to travel 40-50% of the time.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

· Engage with Sr. Sales to fully review and qualify customers or prospects requirements against the Mimeo.com solutions set

· Partner with Sales to present solutions comprehensively, demonstrate all products fully, and develop a clear implementation plan which enables the customer to confidently select Mimeo.com

· Participate as the solution implementation specialist on all new customer implementations.

· Fulfill all assigned project responsibilities on-time and with high quality.  Typical deliverables include requirements definition, integration documentation, training and post-implementation consulting

· Ensure customer satisfaction so that all assigned customers could potentially be used as a reference

· Develop and maintain a superior command of Mimeo.com solutions including a demonstrated ability to give a comprehensive product demonstration and recommend solutions to clients

· Develop and maintain strong competitive insight on key industry players

· Take a lead role from the field Sales organization in providing structured and detailed product input through the Product Management organization

· Provide thought leadership both internally and externally through presentations of market and product trends.  Knowledge management and sharing is a high priority, so each Sales Support Specialist will be required to document client requests and record best practices.

Qualifications:

· Minimum three years of project or program management related skills, preferably working with both customers and internal teams in a technology-focused industry

· Product training background a plus

· Exceptional communication and professional writing skills

· Outstanding interpersonal skills

· Self motivated, goal oriented and able to work with minimal management

· Extremely comfortable meeting new people in varying group sizes, reading the situation and flexing accordingly

· Ability to work on multiple projects, and one-offs, on a regular basis

· If not located in NYC, demonstrated success in working remotely or from a satellite office

· Skilled in all MS Office applications

· BS/BA degree or minimum 5 years work-related experience
