About the Position: Essential Functions: Understands SFDC CRM and Eloqua Email Marketing Solutions, technical/functional features and capabilities  Supports both project and ongoing support/maintenance activities related to SFDC and Eloqua  Ongoing system administration        - Assist with system user administration, including user setups and deactivations        - Work with the CRM Manager to plan and execute configuration changes    - Documentation of policies/procedures      - Supports end-user technical requests        - Development and mantenance of custom application extensions using system API        - Work with CRM manager to defin sstem functionality standards        - Work to uncover and resolve data integrity issues Escalating issues to SFDC Technical Support as required  Promote consistent usability across all levels of usage  Drive user adoption through communication and monitoring Assist in development, testing, and training of users  Email Marketing administration  Education Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, Computer Science preferred)  Prior SFDC or CRM System Administration and/or development experience a plus  Required General Skills and Knowledge Excellent oral and written presentation and documentation skills  Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as indepedently  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving envronment  Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical internal clients  Excellent attention to detail  Excellent time management skills  Experience in Mass Email Marketing Solutions  Required Technical Skills and KnowledgeGeneral knowledge of web applications, internet architecture, and HTML  Java, APEX, PHP programming skills preferred  Proficient in Microsoft Office tools  Understanding of a relational databaseClick here to apply and submit your resume!
