KEY RESPONSIBILITIES General Purpose:Oversees day-to-day operations of a team of editors at Hoover’s. Key Job Responsibilities:·Ensures that the quality and integrity of the Hoover’s editorial product is maintained and improved. Works to improve company and industry coverage.·Performs leadership tasks such as monitoring production, conducting performance appraisals, quality evaluations and editing, and providing administrative and project management support to both recurring and short-term initiatives.·Manage and lead change as part of a dynamic work environment.·Works within editorial management team to guide departmental strategy and planning.·Able to perform updates and train others to perform updates on company records to ensure accuracy and completeness of companies covered by Hoover’s. ·Works cross-functionally with other departments and teams to ensure the highest overall quality of Hoover’s products.·Support development of all team members, including future leaders.·Works with other departments to represent the editorial product.III.
