Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:•Work with internal and external stakeholders to isolate, define and prioritize  key requirements.

 

•Serve as an advocate for innovation and a product evangelist while bridging  key business decisions and priorities with product requirements.

 

•Manage the product management lifecycle through competitive analysis,  understanding customer and user needs, developing use cases and writing  clear requirement documents.

 

•Communicate product requirements and recommendations to management

  and cross-functional team members

 

•Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and team members in all

  areas of the business including engineering, marketing, finance and sales

 

•Monitor and communicate status and progress of projects in a timely and  concise manner.

 

•Manage change effectively within a dynamic, flexible product development  environment.

 

•Manage products through release and aim for continual improvement post- launch.

 

Qualifications:•3-5 years experience in product management or equivalent role; strong  preference for those with experience in building web products

•Passion about the internet, emerging web technologies and latest consumer  web trends

•Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to interact and  understand emerging technology subjects and their relevance to the market

•Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical and relationship building skills

•Hands-on, “roll-up-the-sleeves”, entrepreneurial work style

•Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
