Department:  Marketing 

Essential Job Functions:

· Oversee development of go-to-market strategies and materials for launching new premier publishers, content verticals, and customized media solutions.   

· Manage development of integrated solutions to secure revenue from key Fortune 100 advertising clients and respond to advertiser marketing initiatives.

· Provide our domestic and international Sales divisions with consistent support through research data and dynamic materials to effectively drive revenue and increase media budgets

· Assess demographic & psychographic data, and incorporate applicable findings into marketing solutions.

· Conduct research and analysis of industry trends.

· Work with Business Development to enhance current publisher relationships and extend new publisher outreach.

· Ensure marketing initiatives are clearly communicated and in alignment with the company's unique value proposition and global strategy initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Solid analytical and strategic thinker, proven leader, and resourceful self -starter who can work independently and in a team environment

· Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely implementation of assigned projects.  Must be results driven with a track record of successful execution

· Superb verbal and written communication and presentation skills with sharp attention to detail

· Good understanding of online advertising principles, traffic & engagement metric tracking tools, Web 2.0 technologies, and social networking trends

· Excellent internet research techniques and ability to organize large amounts of data

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Knowledge of graphic design and image editing software, such as SnagIt and Photoshop, a plusPassion for Internet and New Media 

Education and Experience:

·  1-3 years managing online advertising campaigns, marketing, and/or sales strategy

· Consulting and/or management experience in strategic planning, marketing, and/or advertising strategy a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree required.  Preferred Majors:  Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication Studies, or a related field
