Software Tester (Contract to Perm)

 Contract to perm positions in the Naples FL area.

2 positions! 1 Jr Web Software Developer and 1 Sr Web Developer

The Web Software Developer you will collaborate with the technical team to develop software as a service products (SAAS). This position requires expert judgment and analysis for the development and implementation of our Web applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, XSL, XSLT, XHTML, GUI Interface (needed for one contract position), SQL Server, and web services. In addition to software development, this individual will assist with technical documentation and provide assistance to the Quality Assurance team to resolve highly complex technical issues with the software and improve site usability. Since our software products are highly customer focused, Web Software Developers will work with the Technical Support Team on a monthly basis to accommodate customer requests. Web Software Developers will also monitor and analyze performance characteristics; conduct unit, integration, and load testing; and research and recommend alterations to development or design in order to enhance the quality of our product and procedures.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a responsible self-starter who is able to work under general supervision. This position relies on limited experience and judgment to plan & accomplish goals.

 

• A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

 

• Minimum of 2-4 years web application development experience using technologies including C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server

 

• MUST have experience with multiple platforms and special projects.

 

• Previous experience with Java, C++, is required.

 

• GUI Interface experience needed for ONE opening.

 

 

• Previous experience with a large corporation is preferred, but not required.

 

• Certifications in web development technologies such as C# or web services preferred, but not required

 

• Strong system design skills with an emphasis on object-oriented design.
