Sr. Business Analyst

Experian Interactive Media seeks a Sr. Business Analyst - Sales to join its Business Operations team. The Business Operations team is the grease in the EIM machine. We work cross functionally to ensure current processes run smoothly and continuously look for improvement opportunities. The right candidate will be motivated, a self starter and require minimum supervision. The candidate will possess a proven ability to understand the needs of consumers and business owners in a highly metric-driven e-commerce environment.  Responsibilities: Executing multiple concurrent business process improvement initiatives predominantly impacting Sales. Identify solutions to address business objectives/problems and implement these process changes. Interfacing with business users to gather and define requirements, creating documentation, designing, testing, and implementing process and/or software solutions. Creating custom policy and procedure documentation, delivering training to users and managing the maintenance process for custom order entry systems. Managing the post-sale process of bringing new clients onto our network and for identifying and resolving technical post-implementation issues. Interacting with the client to collect detailed requirements, coordinating the build effort with Engineering and validating deployment with both the Account Executive and external client. Responsible for post-implementation technical support involving tier one support, technical analysis, ad-hoc reporting and issue triage.Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and people in a team based environment. Proven ability developing highly successful cross-functional working relationships. Practical experience working with both internal sales organizations and external clients · Strong attention to detail. The ability to work under tight deadlines. A systematic and orderly approach to planning. An innovative and flexible method to issue resolution Practical experience developing ad-hoc reports using moderately complex SQL Statements Practical experience with data mapping An understanding of data concepts, data models and interfaces Practical experience with requirements gathering and documentationRequirements: Three to five years of work experience as an analyst focusing on technical and process solutions for functional teams. Bachelor’s degree is a requirement for this position. Consulting experience is a plus.
