Job Description (English)t('12')As the leader of the the TMobile account team, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for selling VeriSign's Messaging and Mobile Media Services portfolio of solutions. Success in this position will be based on developing long term strategic relationships with key TMobile decision makers to define and deliver solutions that meet TMmobile business goals. A key objective is to maintain the installed base of business while driving new sources of revenue. The position requires close coordination with the Vice President of Sales for Carriers to define, achieve, and implement the overall account strategy. Responsibilities: Implement strategies and tactical plans to achieve/exceed assigned growth target; develop and maintain relationships with "C" and senior level executives within client base; have in-depth knowledge of customer business priorities and challenges; determine VeriSign services/application solutions that address needs. The position requires an individual that is capable of understanding the customer's business challenges and developing a solution based on the capabilities within the VeriSign solutions portfolio. The individual must develop positive working relationships across VeriSign Solution Offerings to opportunistically leverage VeriSign services. The individual should have a working understanding of our strategic services/applications: ICSMS, ICMMS, Picture Mail, Premium Messaging Gateway, Content Aggregation and Interactive Application Services. Success requires building strong consultative relationships across all the Customer centers of influence. The individual must develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure sales success, forecasting/reporting. Develop complex proposals/solutions and communicate these technical concepts to both technical and non-technical (Marketing, Business Development) key Customer decision makers. Work closely with Customer Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams, Strategy Groups in the development of complex customer proposals, and presentations and with Legal/Contract Administration to ensure timely contract completion.Strategic Account Manager would also be responsible for covering Leap / Cricket and other accounts. Experience: · Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred · Ten years sales experience with a demonstrated successful track record in Telecommunications, Messaging, or Mobile Media or related technology field selling to large carriers · Carrier sales experience a must, current relationships with TMobile preferred. · Seattle area residence strongly preferred.· Must be a self starter and able to work independently. · Must have demonstrated oral and written communication skills. · Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment is essential. · Excellent problem solving skills required. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary, as the successful candidate will interface with a wide range of personnel, and must possess the capacity to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and build relationships. · Proficient personal computer skills required--e-mail, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, CRM
