Provides executive support for President & CEO of IYP Group LLC. Researches and compiles data, develops reports, completes special projects, and prepares executive level correspondence and presentations. Other responsibilities may include budget/service analyses, quality facilitation and consultation, representation of organization at various meetings. Provide advice, assistance, and counsel to all levels of employees in the organization and to other departments as requested.RESPONSIBILITIES:  Compiles and analyzes data, including where information must be obtained from a wide variety of sources. Plans and/or performs special studies, projects, policies, and/or presentations Duties also include preparation of background briefings, reference summaries and speeches. Other responsibilities may include meeting facilitation, implementation support, and issue resolution. Serves as subject matter expert to department staffs, field forces, other departments, vendors, and other companies for the development and deployment of approved projects. Develops and maintains a high degree of proficiency and knowledge of internal processes/industry trends Serves as a resource person or internal consultant; communicates results/status reports.
