Req ID: 7281Required Education: Bachelor of ArtsRequired Experience: Entry LevelDescription: The Technical Recruiting Team is currently seeking a Technical Recruiting Summer Intern. The Intern’s primary function will be to execute all aspects of coordinating candidate phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews at TripAdvisor. The Intern will also mange the internal tracking database of candidates. This will be a full-time, paid summer internship in our Newton, MA office. Duties and Responsibilities • Schedules candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and on-site logistics. • Schedules all other recruiting meetings as needed, include debrief • Updates job descriptions. Posts to external job sites. • Hosts candidate visits by acting as escort for in-office interview day. • Problem-solves dynamic scheduling changes and conflicts. • Follows-up with candidates and team members as appropriate. • Coordinates and tracks candidate expense reimbursement. • All other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional problem solving aptitude • Attention to detail• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize daily activities • Ability to function in a fast paced team environmentQualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources or Business preferred.
