Overview
Job Purpose:
To develop revenue by handling incoming calls and adding new customers as well as selling value added features and services.


Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:
Inside sales representative handling inbound calls from mass media advertising/lead generation. Effectively sell to the customer's needs through the use of rapport building, probing for needs, and recommending an appropriately complete package of service. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction. Work within set key performance measurements defined by the call center and management team. Process sales transactions using internal systems and follow set processes and procedures.

*  Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience is preferred. High School Diploma/GED is required.
*  One or more years of sales experience required.
*  Basic PC, Windows, e-mail and good typing skills are necessary to perform daily work functions.
*  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
*  Ability to multi-task comfortably.
*  Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
*  Flexibility in work schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays.
*  Must be able to work efficiently through change.
