Telesales Operations Manager

Telesales Operations Manager Overview Ensure all Sales Operations needs are being met for an assigned US SMB outbound telesales call center, that support the operational strategies and help drive performance improvements. Manage sales territory design/development, sales reporting & analysis, quota deployment, enforcement of sales policies/rules of engagement, issue resolution and other projects as assigned. Be the conduit into the centralized North America Sales Operations team for other Sales Ops needs, which may impact multiple sales centers.   Ultimately the efforts of the Sales Operations Manager will help enable the US SMB telesales center Reps and Managers to be more effective, efficient and help drive sales against performance objectives.   Key Responsibilities ·  Support sales leadership and sales operations to implement the business plan for the assigned US SMB Telesales group. Work closely with sales leadership in running a successful telesales center. ·  Manage group roster and sales territories: review, design and create balanced territories, work with sales operations team to implement these territory assignments. ·  Act as the center point person to resolve and process requests for account and credit movement, tied to sales policies and rules of engagement. Effectively and quickly resolve issues. Recommend and help implement changes to sales policies that will improve the business.  Ensure fair and equitable treatment of sales representatives across all sales centers. ·  Leverage existing operational reporting to analyze trends and provide feedback and recommendations to center leadership that will help improve performance. Identify additional metrics and key performance indicators that will drive performance. Run ad-hoc reports and/or work with centralized sales operations for roll-out to all sales centers. ·  Aid in the development and deployment of monthly/quarterly sales quota assignments. ·  Act as the key liaison between Sales center, Sales Operations and other business partners. Represent sales group in cross-functional and cross-channel effectiveness initiatives. ·  Drive increased teaming between the sales verticals. ·  Provide support for the weekly sales forecasting process. Analyze sales and pipeline trends to help provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership. ·  Help drive adoption of effective CRM systems usage across the sales centers to include fully leveraging commitment, pipe build, account plan and other “best practice” expectations of sales employees. ·  Support the telesales leadership team with operational proposals and issues. ·  Lead Sales Ops projects that may impact one or multiple sales centers, ensuring timely and efficient project completion. ·  Share ops related best practices with other Ops Manager within and across sales verticals.Provide back-up support to other SMB Telesales centers, as needed. ·      Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree required. · At least 5 years of sales operations work experience with increasing responsibility supporting the strategic, analytical and tactical needs of a Sales Organization with demonstrated success. · Strong understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. · Strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications. · Database querying skills using tools such as Brio or Business Objects · Top notch communication, interpersonal and influencing skills · Proven track record of effectively partnering with, communicating to and influencing management staff at all levels. · Strong business writing skills. · Solid planning, organizing and project management skills · Strong understanding of selling environments and the needs of Sales Reps & Managers   · Confident, Analytical & Resourceful Monster Worldwide is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees.
