Responsibilities
·Delivery of Testing Services
·The candidate will lead a team of Testing Analysts and Testers to deliver Testing services to applications. The Services will include and not limited to Performance Testing, Automation of regression and Functional Testing. The Testing services will be part of the Testing phase of the Development projects SDLC.
·Build a Testing team from grounds up.
·Help in the design of COE services, and the costing and engagement model Organizational
·Work closely with the Testing COE Manager to build a world class GTS Testing Competency Center.
·Create a team of specialists focused on providing various Testing services including the execution of various forms of Test including but not limited to - Functional, Regression, Performance, Stress, and Recoverability.
·Define and promote testing best practices throughout the organization through Knowledge management and providing consultancy (Testing Standards and process). Foster active collaboration.
·Sharpen organizational focus on quality and continuous improvement



Required skills
·Candidate is expected to performing at the PM level and should have successfully led Testing teams for large projects.
·Experience in setting up of Testing COE is required.
·Candidate must have an excellent knowledge of Mercury testing tools, defect management software, and testing methodologies and framework.
·Knowledge of one or multiple GTS business areas will be a big plus
·Good working knowledge of SDLC and Citigroups development methodologies is required.
·Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
·Candidate must demonstrate people leadership / management skills and the ability to influence, motivate and drive a team
·Candidate should have experience in working with offshore vendors.
