Tier 2 Network Analyst
JOB SUMMARY
This position works diligently to provide management support for measuring Network Operations Center (“NOC”) process quality for Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS). This position will be responsible for will work with NOC management by using creative methods to help evaluate NOC production performance through investigating, evaluation and identifying areas of potential process improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Detail responsibilities include the day-to-day coordination and completion of various administrative and operational functions including:
· Plan and schedule technical engagements and demos as they relate to NOC product and services.
· Maintain customer contact records.
· Create, publish and maintain NOC process documentation.
· Create, publish and maintain customer network configuration materials.
· Work with the NOC manager on workforce management scheduling and reporting.
· Support quality measures in the NOC by creating and publishing daily, weekly and monthly reports with direction from Performance Management Analyst.
· Collate relevant data and information from across all NOC processes for reporting purposes in a timely manner.
· Work with other department analysts to ensure the completeness and accuracy of performance information published.
· Support senior members of network operations in the process of enhancing the efficiency of the information collation and dissemination process.
· Work with other team members to ensure actions are tracked to resolution.
· Serve as Service Manager for NOC products and services.
· Manage NOC executive escalations to resolution.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist with various projects for VP of Network Operations.
· Any other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Experience with reporting and analysis of process and people performance.Experience developing implementation program plans.Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.Experience in a technical operations environment.
