To complement our rapidly growing business we are seeking a bright and highly motivated Sales Director. This position will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales.

 

Responsibilities:Demonstrate initiative and ability to lead a team of Sales professionals responsible for the acquisition of new clients, as well as growth and retention of the existing business. Ability to open doors and develop global relationships with corporate clients. Build up and execute winning strategies to increase penetration of existing accounts.Consistently meet or exceed quota and non-quota based performance objectives.Hire, retain, mentor and develop employees through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Conduct performance reviews of staff and implement developmental programs and processes.Conduct customer meetings to increase our revenue opportunities.Develop and execute contracts with revenue commitments.

Required Skills / Experience:

 Minimum 2 years of sales management experience preferredBA/BS RequiredProven track record of success in Sales and Sales Team Management in a high growth model company Ability to prioritize, motivate and delegate work in high-demand settingStrong business acumen, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales presentationsExperience handling multiple sales issues simultaneously, regardless of the Sales Cycle phaseAbility to work independently and exercise solid critical decision making skills
