Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Remains up to date on rich media products, and trains remote traffickers regarding new rich media products useful to campaign management.
• Provides multiple levels of support to In-House and Remote Traffickers on a daily basis from assistance with campaign implementation to testing QA procedures.
• Attends New Client meetings with the intention of extracting information relevant to setup of the new Ad Serving Network including logins, permissions, ad spots, etc.
• Creating Ad tags based upon previously designed Network architecture(s).
• Uses multiple ad serving systems to traffic and test creative; schedules and targets ad campaigns; generates tracking codes, and provides necessary reporting.
• Acts as the client liaison to all customers regarding their technical requirements including explanation, clarification, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Troubleshoots, clarifies and escalates problems for timely and accurate resolution.
• Maintains clear understanding of most, if not all, ad campaigns so that all campaigns are running according to client specifications.
• Serves as back-up to process manager when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training in on-line advertising, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a thorough understanding of how websites operate including (but not limited to): Front-end coding, Content Management, Design/Layout, Scripting, Video, Third-Party Technologies, and Ad Serving. The individual should also show experience in multiple Ad Serving Technologies (e.g. DART, Open Ad Stream, Falk, DART Enterprise 5, etc.) from the perspective of a Trafficker, Network Administrator, Sales Engineer and Account Manager.
• An individual should have working knowledge of websites, HTML, flash, javascript and be computer savvy; have additional working experience in most major Ad Serving Software, i.e, Doubleclick, Real Media and experience with Rich Media vendors (Eyeblaster, Unicast, Point Roll, etc.)
