Summary of Job Description:
Provides leadership and direction for the sales and service support administration process. Provides support to internal and external customers including participating in the resolution of customer concerns. Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and performs training needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer. Develops customer service department procedures. Liaison between customer’s regional managers, sales reps, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve booking, delivery and billing issues. Monitors the logistics portion of the returns process to insure that customer returns & exchanges are completed with speed and accuracy and all customer service delivery issues are resolved

The Transportation Administrator is a non-management hourly position.


Job Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provides leadership with the Logistics operation that supports the mission and core values of the company.
• Responsible for converting qualified orders to achieve revenue, profitability, cash flow, on time delivery, quality and other business goals and objectives. Orders are managed through SAP programs.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of business processes internal and external.
• Encourages a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:
• Microsoft Office
• SAP

Critical to be able to project manage, prioritize and multi-task in a highly demanding environment.
Technical skills include knowledge in MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Word.
