Web Content Developer/Technical Writer

WASSER Studio’s team of award-winning professionals is searching for the perfect candidate with an unbeatable drive to exceed expectations for a great Web Content Developer/Technical Writer position. As a Web Content Developer/Technical Writer for WASSER Studios, you will work with a stellar production team on online end-user material for a fast-paced industry on site in Boise. In this role you will turn complex technical information into easy-to-understand, accurate content and gather information from Subject Matter Experts throughout organizational levels. An ability to adhere to documentation schedules and meet deadlines is required. Requirements: BA in English, technical writing, communications, or related field. At least 7 years experience writing content for end-users. Self-management skills. Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Photoshop, Illustrator and FrameMaker. Familiarity with style guides and the ability to write documentation within approved templates to ensure a common look and feel. Ability to work independently or in a team. Experience with XML, Flash and RSS is a plus. Desired Qualities: Ability to understand and capture highly technical and complex concepts for our target audience. Experience with content management. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-starter, hands-on, high-energy, focused and results-driven. Flexibility. Organizational skills.
