Web Development Coordinator

**Note: this is not a Sales or Business Development PositionWe are seeking applications from individuals with 2-3 years’ experience with Web site development coordination and/or content management system maintenance experience ** Company Description: Apollo Interactive is a full-service interactive Agency with offices in Culver City, CA and Dallas, TX. Our services include Web Development and Internet Advertising for some of America’s largest, well-known companies including Jack in the Box, Curves International, Roland, California Pizza Kitchen, and Blue Cross of California. We are seeking a team-oriented, organized, and energetic individual to serve as Web Development Coordinator for a team of individuals servicing an industry-leading, nationwide clothing retailer. Position Summary: The primary role of the Web Development Coordinator is to serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the Client, coordinating the execution of various programs and/or projects and working with the Client and account team members to plan, schedule and execute site additions and updates of various size and complexity. Additionally this role includes the management of the site’s product catalog as well as other elements using a content management system. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, and have an understanding of marketing. You must have a good understanding of the Internet. Responsibilities: • Anticipate needs, follow-through, communicate clearly• Work with production team to insure that projects are completed according to specification and meet client expectations• Manage the schedule for the internal team, coordinating and running internal meetings/calls, and tracking the process through project completion• Manage day-to-day updates and maintenance requests§  Maintain the product catalog of products using a content management system and working with Client contacts to add products up to twice monthly• Produce estimates, agendas, meeting notes, status reports, billing, and any other administrative work as required Qualifications: • 2 years’ experience working in project management for Web development accounts• Experience and comfort with communicating with Clients and their partners• Understanding of the tools used in Web site development is a plus• Degree from 4-year university (or its equivalent)• Extremely organized• Willingness to learn Salary/Benefits: • Annual performance and salary review• Apollo provides fully-covered medical and dental benefits• 401K Please email all resumes to brannon@apollointeractive.com .  Resumes must be accompanied by a cover letter, including a statement of salary requirement, detailing your interest.
