We currently have a part-time position in our Business Media department for a Web Events Producer. This position is responsible for scheduling and monitoring promotional schedules as related to web event coverage as well as sales support and active coordination with ad production. Major job responsibilities include:• Ensure timelines, launch dates, and report requirements are successfully met.• E-newsletter promotion production including coordination with ad production.• Generating reports for sales, for campaign optimization and enable management analysis of promotion effectiveness.• In general, support the Web Producer for tasks required to produce the webinar and web video programs and related promotions. May include light copy writing and editing.Successful candidates must possess the following:• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.• Must enjoy handling multiple tasks and juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Must be able to respond well under pressure, especially in last minute situations where quick and calm reaction is needed to achieve a successful outcome.Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses:• Experience in online publishing or advertising.• Dreamweaver, HTML experience• Editorial experienceYou owe it to yourself to work for a dynamic company.
