efi Sports Medicine, maker of Total Gym, is a worldwide product leader in the fitness,  rehabilitation and health promotion markets.  Our brands include equipment, training and programming for home and commercial facilities.

We are currently seeking a Web Manager. This position is an excellent opportunity to apply creative execution and strong technical skills to market efi products and to build a unique community of support for the fitness and rehabilitation markets. As EFI’s Web Manager, your responsibilities will include optimizing the user experience, delivering quality and timely results through execution of ongoing web initiatives, overseeing vendor and affiliate relationships, administrating content delivery for all online marketing campaigns. This includes HTML and graphic updates, email campaigns, search engine optimization, web site analytics, content distribution systems and continuity programs, product promotions and shopping cart management.

Our ideal candidate has…A minimum of 3 years demonstrated success in designing, implementing and maintaining high impact e-commerce websites. A solid working knowledge of content management tools, online lead generation, e-commerce transaction tools, web/database technologies, HTML, Java Script and CSS required. PHP strongly preferred. Experience with Flash, Photoshop, CGI, Cold Fusion, and CRM a plus. Knowledge of direct marketing, lead retrieval and database system relationships.Demonstrated experience with complex sites featuring dynamic, rich content, embedded forms, audio and video.A solid understanding of e-commerce concepts, rules, and principles.The creative and technical skill sets to execute complex marketing strategies that hit target goals.Strong project management skills.

Education:

BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field; or an equivalent level of experience.
