Web Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to work out of the New York, SoHo

office. They will be responsible for managing the execution of all project

deliverables within their allocated business sector and maintain a good

working relationship with the client on all project deliverables.




The Project Manager will work to understand the vision and objectives of the

project and communicate this vision to the rest of the project team.




They are also expected to work with the creative teams and with the

technical team to develop a detailed requirements specification, and to

build, test and deploy the application in line with the agreed

specification.




The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years interactive experience

preferably agency side. They will be well versed in technical project

management (with Ecommerce experience being a plus). They will assume

responsibility and ownership for the following:




1. Production of accurate project planning documentation including project

plans and baseline budget estimate.

2. Working with the technical, design and account teams to secure an

accurate and clearly defined project specification document .

3. Driving the creative and technical development from conception through to

delivery.

4. Management of the project team throughout the lifecycle of the project.

5. Daily, Weekly and Monthly tracing of project resource.

6. Maintaining a cost plan and track budget reconciliation against target.

7. Scheduling of any resources to secure a successful conclusion to a

project.

8. Conducting post project evaluation reviews.

9. Quality assurance and testing of the project.

10. Ensuring the final deliverable is ‘fit for purpose’ against

specification.

11. Delivering client feedback in a timely manner to internal team members

and properly manage client expectations.
