As a web application developer on our team, you will manage the creation, design, development, and implementation of code on our core platform.  Since we are a small company, you will get the opportunity to see everything that goes into software - not just code.  This will be the most interesting and challenging career situation you will ever encounter.

Responsibilities:



Creation of web-design prototypes - including visual design, site navigation, and layout
Conversion of visual concepts to fully dynamic web applications
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Code debugging
Multi-tier website testing for complete functionality
Performing critical maintenance and updates to existing and future platform content



Requirements:
 

Strong knowledge of XHTML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Content Management System, cross-browser compatibility, DOM scripting, and PHP language
Solid background and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Background in Eclipse web and language tools
Basic knowledge of  MySQL and PHP integration,
Knowledge of revision control systems (SVN)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work both collaboratively and independently
Strong desire to be happy
