Assistant to Owner

We are looking for a professionalto be the right-hand person to the owner of the law firm. This position includes schedulingconsultations with the attorney, meeting and interacting with clients andprospects, and seminar and event planning. You will be making phone calls to set appointments.  You must have a fabulous phone voice,attitude, and judgment.  Interviews willfirst be conducted over the phone, so you must sound upbeat and happy.  There are a multitude of projects at anygiven time, so multi-tasking is a must.

 

Candidates should have thefollowing qualifications:

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet,email, etc.

·Reliable transportation

·Assertive yet not aggressive

·Happy disposition—likes to talk with wonderfulpeople.
