Associate Attorney - Estate Planning - Tax

Associate Position for Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP,

an AV rated full service law firm, is seeking the following:

ESTATE PLANNING/TAX Associate with 5 years or more of experience with LL.M. in taxation required. Practice group involves: Complex Tax analysis including preparation of Estate Tax Returns, Form 706, Gift Tax Returns, and Form 709, business and estate planning.  Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet programs; be able to quickly learn proprietary software systems and databases.  It would be to this applicant's advantage if they hold any other certificates and licenses in this area of law. Practice Group includes three Partners, associates, law clerks, paralegal and support staff all experienced in estate planning and trust administration. Applicant must possess excellent client and customer relation skills, professional attitude and strong work ethic. Computer skills for Wordperfect, Word, Outlook, Legal Solutions, Among, Probate Plus, Lexis/Nexis, Internet Research, WestLaw, Compulaw, Excel, and FPS/706-2000 software. The position is a permanent full time position that offers extremely good benefits which will include: medical, dental, retirement, paid holidays, sick - personal time and two weeks vacation after one year of full time employment, continuing education allowance. This applicant will be working with seasoned estate and trust administration attorneys who have a wide base of high profile clientele. Each applicant will be required to interview with the Managing Partner and the Estate Planning Partners of the law firm.
