Associate Project Consultant

Job Description

The primary role of the Associate Project Consultant is to support the Director of Project Management and Project Consultants with their daily activities. He/She will assist the Project Consultants with coordinating logistics and keeping various members of the national technology team up-to-speed on different aspects of technology projects.

Working in a fun, fast-paced environment, the Associate Project Consultant works closely with our Project Consultants and our production team, often on cases involving some of the country’s most complex and high-profile litigation. This is an exciting and growing area of our business, and there are many opportunities for development within the department, as well as elsewhere within the company. Dedicated, self-starting individuals looking for long-term growth would be well suited for this position.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

The Associate Project Consultant is directly responsible to the Director of Project Management. He/She will assess the level of support that the Associate Project Consultant needs to give to each Project Consultant on a weekly basis. The Associate Project Consultant coordinates equipment needs for all technology projects, confirms that travel is booked and accurate for all TrialGraphix ׀ Kroll Ontrack staff going on projects, and supports the Project Consultant by entering project notes and jobs for incoming work. Additionally, the Associate Case Manager will work with other TrialGraphix ׀ Kroll Ontrack departments to confirm that the Presentation Technology Consultant receives all details about their aspect of the project.

Enthusiastic, highly motivated and outgoing individuals excel in the role of the Associate Project Consultant. A four-year degree is required; familiarity with technology is a plus. We are seeking individuals, who have the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and who thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask. Due to the unpredictable nature of litigation, employees are occasionally asked to work extended hours.
