Associate (corporate/securities)

We are a boutique securities law firm and a regulatory compliance consulting firm located in northern New Jersey.  We are uniquely positioned to represent investment advisers, broker-dealers and hedge funds nationwide.  We are seeking an attorney with 2-4 years securities regulatory or corporate experience to join the regulatory group of both our consulting firm and law firm.  Experience working with financial services firms is a plus.  The attorney must be comfortable communicating with high net worth clients as well as regulatory officials.
