Attorney-Construction Defect-Needed ASAP

Captive law firm seeks experienced construction defect attorney.  Responsibilities include:-Performs a variety of routine legal assignments and projects.  -Conducts legal research, drafts simple legal documents, and assists more experienced attorney in preparing and conducting litigation and legal transactions. -Attending status conferences, scope of work meetings, expert presentations, depositions and mediations.  -Assist in trial prep and summarizing documents.  Qualified candidates must have experience in litigation and court proceedings.  Must have at least 5 years experience in Construction Defect litigation.  Must be able to work independently or in a group.  Some general civil experience also desirable, including law and motion work and discovery preparation. Trail experience required California bar passage Strong organizational skills Must be able to research and resolve technical by referring to policies, procedures, specifications.
